Our mission is to provide a welcoming, supportive environment where everyone, whether you're new to Pilates, a seasoned Pilates princess, a new mum, or somewhere in between, can move, breathe, and feel their best.
We strive to create a space that’s vibrant, engaging, and energising. My passion is helping people find safe and effective ways to move their bodies. I hope you love Core Wellness as much as I do.

Get to know our founder
My journey with Pilates began many years ago through my dance training, where it first served as a tool for rehabilitation. I’ve always had a nurturing, maternal nature, which naturally led me to further study in perinatal care and Pilates after university. Supporting mothers and creating a truly safe space for them has become one of the biggest parts of my purpose.
Core Wellness is a space built on inclusivity, care, and movement for every stage of life. We offer Reformer Pilates for Solo or Duo private training, and our Mat Studio brings a diverse range of classes — from sculpting and elevating the heart rate, to calming heated flows under candlelight.
If you’re new here, hello and welcome. We absolutely love having you as part of this beautiful community. We’re also big believers in connection, which is why we host community events designed to bring people together beyond the mat.

After practicing Pilates as a client for over 5 years, Ella has taken the exciting step into teaching. With a strong foundation in classical dance, she brings a unique blend of movement expertise and a love for strength and resistance training.
Ella is passionate about helping others build mobility and strength throughout all stages of life. Whether you're just starting out or looking to deepen your practice, Ella is here to guide and inspire you on your Pilates journey!
Get to know your instructor Rosie!
Rosie’s priorities creating an inclusive, supportive space where people can connect with their bodies is what lights me up. Growing up as a dancer, movement has been part of Rosie’s world for as long as she can remember, and now she is passionate about sharing that joy, spreading awareness of all forms of movement, and meeting new faces along the way.
Get to know your instructor Maegan!
After completing her Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science in the Waikato, she spent the past few years travelling and living in Canada. She’s now back home and excited to share all the goodness, perspective, and inspiration she gathered along the way.
Maegan’s passion lies in helping people move their bodies and build a deeper connection with themselves and others with Yoga. Community means a lot to her, and she feels grateful to be part of the one growing here at Core.
